Nurse- LPN/RN Night Shift 2 days a week 7p-7a (Healthcare)

Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Forest Hill Healthcare & Rehabilitation. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being while contributing to our mission of family-focused care. This is a great opportunity for an LPN or RN looking to start or continue their career in a dedicated and compassionate environment.

Starting pay for this position, based on experience, is $28.50 an hour for LPNs and $35 an hour for RNs. The typical schedule for this opportunity is two (2) 12-hour weeks: one week on Tuesday and Wednesday and week 2 on Friday and Saturday. In addition to our current full-time opportunity, we also have flexible employment options available including Part Time, PRN, and a great Weekend Warrior program.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations.
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.
