We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high‑quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well‑being while supporting our family‑focused care mission. This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN or RN looking to start or advance their career in a dedicated and caring environment.
Starting pay for this position, based on experience, is $28.50 an hour for LPNs and $35 an hour for RNs.
The typical schedule is one 12‑hour shift per week, with a standard schedule that includes every Monday day shift from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
We also offer flexible employment options, including part‑time, PRN, and a Weekend Warrior program.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations.
- Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.
