Matrix Medical Network is expanding its in-home clinical assessment team, seeking Nurse Practitioners to perform Comprehensive Health Assessments in members' homes or Skilled Nursing Facilities. Each visit lasts up to one hour and provides actionable health insights to improve care gaps and outcomes.
You'll work flexible hours from 8 am–7 pm, Sunday–Saturday, with pay linked to number of assessments completed and potential bonuses for licensure expansion.
