• 2+ years of restaurant or hospitality experience; management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Proficient in MS Office, POS systems, and inventory tools
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences and developing team members
