Base pay range: $14.00/hr - $18.50/hr

Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor.
- Leadership & Team Management:
Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team. Foster a positive work environment, set clear goals, and provide ongoing feedback to ensure top performance. - Customer
Experience:
Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service. - Sales & Performance:
Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets. - Operational Excellence:
Oversee daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations. - Financial Management:
Manage store budgets, control expenses, and analyze sales data to optimize performance and drive revenue growth. - Marketing & Community Engagement:
Implement local marketing initiatives and build strong relationships with the community to enhance brand presence and attract new customers. - Innovation & Problem-Solving:
Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance store operations. - Additional duties and projects as required.
- Experience:
Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team. - Leadership
Skills:
Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Customer-Centric: A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
- Analytical
Skills:
Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions. - Flexibility:
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed. - Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.
- Assistant Store Manager:
Open availability including mornings, days, and nights; minimum standard work week of 5 days; average 44 hours per week with peak period increases. - Supervisor:
Availability during opening/closing hours; minimum 5 days of availability; minimum 30 hours per week. - All Management:
Availability on weekends and holidays; punctuality and regular attendance; reliable transportation; clear English communication; ability to read/write English and perform business mathematics; potential to move to different locations within the company.
- Prolonged standing (approximately 5 to 14 hours per day).
- During peak periods, long hours may be required.
- Stooping, kneeling, reaching, and pulling to stock merchandise.
- May climb ladders or stairs to stock or acquire merchandise.
- Occasional lifting of 5–25 lbs; higher weights in certain circumstances.
- Good vision, including color differentiation.
- Moderate noise level in a retail setting.
- High School Diploma or GED; 2+ years’ retail leadership experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation- Assistant Manager pay range: $15.38 - $18.50 per hour with bonus opportunities tied to store KPIs.
- Supervisor pay range: $14.00 per hour.
- All roles eligible for the company 401K plan. Full-time roles eligible for medical, dental, vision, sick leave, parental leave, and company-paid time off.
