Heavy-duty truck parts experience is a plus, but it is not the only way to qualify.

We provide paid training and the opportunity to build a long-term career in the heavy-duty truck industry.

What You’ll Do

As an Afternoon Shift Parts Counter Salesperson, you will work directly with our customers, technicians, service department, and other members of the parts team to make sure the correct parts are identified, sold, ordered, and delivered efficiently.

  • Assist retail customers and our service technicians in identifying and selecting the correct parts.
  • Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service at the counter and over the phone.
  • Look up parts, provide pricing, and help customers identify related or companion parts they may need.
  • Pull and fill parts orders from inventory.
  • Locate out-of-stock parts and place emergency or special orders when necessary.
  • Follow up on backordered and special-order parts.
  • Notify customers and service personnel when ordered parts arrive.
  • Make sure parts supplied to service repairs are properly billed to the repair order.
  • Process customer payments, returns, credits, and charge transactions according to company procedures.
  • Assist with inventory replenishment and maintaining an organized parts department.
  • Participate in training and stay current on new products and product updates.
  • Work closely with the parts and service teams to provide a high level of service to both internal and external customers.
