The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves customer interaction and delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, able to fulfill the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday unless otherwise needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor about work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform store-specific measurements and accurate inventory counts, including cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process and store price changes accurately.
• Hang store signage, including Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value & Appreciate.
• Ensure a Legendary shopping experience that differentiates from competitors.
• Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred. Must be 18+ years old.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution ability.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance needed.

• Indoor environment with moderate noise; outdoor lots with hard surfaces.
• Shifts generally no less than 4 hours, may exceed 8 hours.
• Adhere to safety guidelines to promote a safe, productive environment.

• Move and transfer merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Push and pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, climb ladders frequently.
• Move throughout the store during shifts.
• Read, write, and count accurately; communicate effectively.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete training successfully.
