• Complete basic to complex collision repairs
• Fiberglass repairs and panel replacement
• Aluminum panel repairs and replacement
• Spraying and sanding primer surfacing
• Prepare vehicles for the refinishing process
• Responsible for keeping current with changes in technology utilizing company dealership training, video library, and written materials.
• Make suggestions and share ideas with the service manager to move the company forward and grow the department.
• Responsible for other duties as required or assigned.

• Must have High School Diploma or GED. One year technical college degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Must be willing to provide or purchase a basic set of tools and lockable toolbox.
• Must be willing to work as a team player in a fast paced work environment; with ability to read, comprehend instructions, take direction and complete tasks as assigned.
