Full Time Experienced Automotive Detailer

Tenvoorde Ford is seeking a full-time Detailer to join our team. We are looking for hardworking, detail-oriented individuals who are reliable and enjoy working with their hands. This role supports customer satisfaction by maintaining vehicle appearances and presenting clean, well-kept vehicles.

• Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests
• Operate power washer, air hoses, vacuums, buffers and other equipment to meet service expectations
• Use cleaning, protective and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehicles
• Move, park and deliver vehicles to correct locations
• Perform other duties assigned by management

• Must have a valid driver license
• Strong ability to follow directions
• Listen, learn and follow the process
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude
• Ability to contribute to a fun team atmosphere
• 1-2 years detail experience
• Ability to work 11:30pm - 8:00am shift

• Be prepared to work approximately 40 hours per week full time
• Team players needed; you will work with multiple departments and many different people
• Your work supports sales and customer satisfaction; first impressions of a clean vehicle matter
• You will have support and training from veteran staff
• You may be asked to perform other duties; additional responsibilities come with additional pay
• Must be adaptive to and embrace change
• Be prepared to do physical work; you may lift up to 40 lbs with larger chemical containers
