Commercial Lender

Our clientis looking for a high performing, experienced, motivated and community focused Commercial Lender who loves working with people and has great attention to detail to take care of clients in their Twin Cities Metro locations. The selected candidate will be responsible for Delivering the Ultimate Experience by developing positive, meaningful relationships with new and existing clients. Degree in business or finance related field. Experience with Small Business Administration (SBA) segment of lending including eligibility requirements and standards of practice. Understanding of accounting, time value of money concepts, business finance, and business law. Proficiency with Excel, Word, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows products. Mathematical skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven sales ability and established referral sources.

Strong, in-depth credit analysis and risk management skills. High level of industry and product knowledge. Result orientation plans, organizes and uses time, technology and resources efficiently.

Team player develops and maintains positive working relationships. Provides a professional experience for internal and external customers.
