This is a union position; pay and benefits will be based on the collective bargaining agreement.

• Drive or control heavy equipment to complete tasks at the construction site. Heavy equipment operation includes Front End Loader, Dozer, Blades, Skid Loader, Backhoe/Excavator to move material and equipment.
• Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure it is in good working order.
• Monitor loads/unloads during use.
• Load and unload equipment needed on job site.
• Communicate with crew using hand signals and 2‑way radios.
• Travel to job sites as needed.

• Place safety as a top priority.
• Must be a team player but work collaboratively with crew.
• Current OSHA 10 or 30 is a plus.
• CDL License is a plus.
