We're seeking an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating projects, tracking progress, and collaborating with multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications- Project coordination and administrative support
- Construction, maintenance, and capital projects
- Work with vendors, contractors, operations, and leadership
- Utilize Excel, CMMS software, One Drive, and other company systems
- Associate's degree in Business Admin or Construction/Project Management preferred
- Previous project coordination, construction, maintenance or operations experience preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license - Some travel required
