Art Director

We want an Art Director with 12 years of experience turning briefs into bold, memorable creative. The structure is built for growth: $131,000 - $193,000 now, creative ownership soon, and a Capital Partners ladder that keeps adding rungs.

• Reframe constraints from the hybrid budget as the brief's most useful lever
• Translate abstract briefs into clear, flat-and-fast visual directions
• Pressure-test headlines against real audience reactions before anything goes live
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously without missing deadlines
• Choreograph the handoff so nothing detail-loving gets lost between studio and dev
• Borrow structure from film editing to fix an Iconography sequence that drags
• Research trends and competitor work to keep Capital Partners's output ahead of the curve
• Translate Iconography research findings into a visual the whole floor can act on

• Reliable, accountable, and committed to following through
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• A communicator who writes the meeting recap nobody asked for but everyone reads
• Willingness to commit to travelling to St. Cloud, MN or working flexibly as required

At Capital Partners, a people-centered team in St. Cloud, MN has spent years proving that Prioritization and Storyboarding belong in the same conversation. Growth budgets at Capital Partners are generous because a sharper Attention Management you means a stronger team.

We back our team with $131,000 - $193,000, equity, top-tier health benefits, and the flexibility to work where you do your best thinking.

Freshly active this morning, the Art Director role wants candidates now.
