We’re hiring a Financial Services Associate to support a leading provider in the financial services industry. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment and are passionate about delivering accurate, helpful support to professionals in the banking and credit union space. Job DescriptionAs a Financial Services Associate, you will be the first point of contact for financial advisors calling from banks and credit unions. You’ll provide guidance on system navigation, account setup, documentation, dividend redistribution, and general inquiries related to financial products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Handle approximately 45 inbound calls daily, averaging 5–6 minutes per call.
- Assist financial advisors with system navigation, account setup, documentation retrieval, dividend redistribution, and general inquiries.
- Transfer approximately 20% of calls to specialized departments (e.g., annuities, trading).
- Build relationships with repeat callers across assigned regions.
- Accurately document interactions using CRM tools.
- Participate in special projects and provide training support as needed.
- Maintain call quality and meet performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous experience in a B2B call center or financial services support role.
- Background in hospitality or other customer‑facing industries.
- Familiarity with financial services terminology (e.g., IRAs, dividends, stock‑related inquiries).
- Banking experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and deliver empathetic service.
