At Crew Carwash, our purpose is to "Create Smiles and Lifetime Customers." As a daytime Customer Service Team Member, you will work Monday‑Friday, 7AM‑4PM to provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean environment, and support vehicle washing operations.

• Must be at least 16 years old
• No prior work experience required
• Work a minimum of 20 hours per week as part‑time or 30 hours per week as full‑time
• Ability to work during 7AM‑4PM in a fast‑paced environment
• Stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per day)
• Hustle with a sense of urgency
• Reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump as needed
• Push/pull drums and materials with appropriate equipment
• Work near/around moving mechanical parts
• Climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
• Lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
• Operate and utilize electronic devices
• Withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes
