Responsibilities- Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
- Ensure daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
- Work with Foreman to ensure work is being completed on time.
- Introduce customers to the Vehicle Report Card and confidently review services and recommendations from the multi‑point inspection.
- Work Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Must be a “team player” and reliable.
- High level of detail, organization and accuracy.
- Ability to identify, learn & work within specific service processes.
- Effective listening & communication skills with coworkers or guests.
- Exceptional ability to learn and grow.
- Amazing work ethic and willingness to learn from veteran staff.
- Outstanding ability to work with a team and take direction.
- Ability and willingness to adopt modern technology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in use of basic computer and phone systems.
- Ability to bend, move, lift and physically perform duties in scope of this position.
- Organized and friendly personality.
- Clean driving record.
- Willing to submit to a pre‑employment background check & drug screen.
