Must be in Central MN and have reasonable commute to St. Cloud, MN due to in-office requirements.
SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm and every other Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm CST

WHAT YOU’LL DO- Field inbound calls and address customer questions or issues prior to their first payment due date.
- Record customer interactions in the system with accuracy and detail.
- Respond to callback requests and ensure proper correspondence is mailed upon requests.
- Make occasional outbound calls to verify contract terms, application data, and repayment options.
Must-Have
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have but not Required! (We’ll train you!):
- Prior call center experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday 9:00am-6:00pm and every other Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm CST
- Work Setting: In-Office
- Starting Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour.
