- 1.0 FTE position with 4‑day work week, providing opportunity for work‑life balance, with a reasonable call rotation

- Clinic conveniently located off Hwy 15 near Centra Care’s newly expanded surgery center
- Outreach opportunities as part of robust practice
- Ophthalmology practice with cataract surgery as well as other procedures if desired
- Collaborate with 2 Optometrists, experienced Optometry Assistants, and Technicians
- Up to a 0.75 FTE position, providing opportunity for flexibility with work‑life balance
- 1:4 call rotation
- Clinic conveniently located near the surgery center
- Clinic‑employed position within a financially sound health care system

- Starting pay begins at $425,000 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
- Salary based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
