• General urology with opportunity to sub-specialize
• Inpatient and Outpatient Care
• Access to da Vinci robot at multiple operating locations
• On-site lab and imaging
• Advanced OR suites with urology block time daily
• Hospital APP supported practice
• Urology Technician supported inpatient practice
• Referrals from over 30 primary care and specialty clinics within the Centra Care system and multiple external referral sources
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

Work alongside nine accomplished Urologists and six Advanced Practice Providers , supporting the largest urology practice in Greater Minnesota.

The position offers a guaranteed base salary in the first year, with the potential for substantial earnings starting in year two, based on productivity and performance metrics.

• Starting pay begins at $525,000 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
• Salary range: $525,000 - $575,000 per year
• Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
