Join Our Team as an Inpatient Teaching Physician – A Flexible Role in Family Medicine

The University of Minnesota/Centra Care St. Cloud Family Medicine Residency program is seeking a Part‑Time Inpatient Faculty Physician who enjoys working with residents in the hospital and values a flexible schedule. This is an excellent opportunity for a family physician who loves inpatient medicine and wants to balance clinical work with teaching and mentoring.

• FTE: 0.1 to 0.2 (6 to 8 weeks a year); will entertain discussions regarding larger FTE involvement
• Precepting Residents: Serve as attending physician on residency program’s inpatient service; teaching and precepting residents during their inpatient rotations

• Fully accredited community‑based residency program since 1996

• Emphasis on full‑spectrum family medicine training, including inpatient, outpatient, maternity care, and more
• Collaboration with Willmar Rural Family Medicine Training Program and the St. Cloud campus of the University of Minnesota Medical School
• Supportive environment with a well‑rounded faculty
• State‑of‑the‑art hospital and outpatient clinic
• Call is about 1:8

• Starting pay for a 0.1 FTE begins at $26,000 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
• Salary range: $26,000–$29,000
• Salary and salary range are based on a 0.1 FTE; reduced/increased FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
