Family Medicine Physician – Outpatient – Southway Clinic 4-day work week | Minimal call | Option to add OB & Deliveries! This position is eligible for hiring incentives to include sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

Join an established Primary Care team at Centra Care – Southway in St. Cloud and enjoy a balanced outpatient practice designed to support both professional satisfaction and personal time.

This role offers a four-day work week, minimal phone call, and the flexibility to perform procedures based on individual comfort and clinical interests within a collaborative, team-based environment.

Schedule Full-time or part-time | Onsite – Southway Clinic, St. Cloud, MNDay shifts | 4 day work week Outpatient-only practice with no evening or weekend clinic shifts

Call by phone approximately 1:30 Pay and Benefits Salary range:  $260,000 - $500,000 per year

Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity

Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

Qualifications

Required:

BE/BC in Family Medicine Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
