Type of position:
Full-Time, partially variable hours based on program needs. Responsible for teaching Spanish Immersion across St. Cloud Area Schools. Reports to Building Principals. Salary range: $49,141 - $90,362 per year, depending on education and experience.

• Instructional Planning and Preparation: demonstrate knowledge of content, pedagogy, students, instructional goals, resources, and design coherent instruction.
• Classroom Management: create a respectful climate, establish a culture for learning, manage procedures, student behavior, and physical space.
• Instructional Interaction: communicate clearly, use questioning techniques, engage students, provide feedback, and demonstrate flexibility.
• Professional Responsibilities: reflect on teaching, maintain records, communicate with families, contribute to school and district, grow professionally, and show professionalism.

• Fluent in Spanish.
• Proficient in English.
• Bachelor’s degree (required); advanced degrees preferred.
• Preferred related teaching experience.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, creative, with strong communication skills with parents, staff, and teachers.
