• Salary Range: $49,141 - $90,362 /year

Qualifications:

• Required:
  
  Current ECSE teaching license issued by the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE)
• Preferred:
  Previous related experience

• Instructional Planning and Preparation
• Provide weekly special education services in the home/daycare setting to children birth to age three
• Collaborate with other special education providers such as occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech/language pathologists
• Coach families on best practice strategies
• Demonstrate knowledge of content and pedagogy
• Demonstrate knowledge of students
• Select instructional goals
• Demonstrate knowledge of resources
• Design coherent instruction
• Assess student learning
• Classroom Environment:
  Create an environment of respect and rapport, Establish a culture for learning
• Manage classroom procedures
• Manage student behavior
• Organize physical space
• Instructional Interaction:
  Communicate clearly and accurately, Use questioning and discussion techniques, Engage students in learning, Provide feedback to students, Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness
