Civil Project Engineer - Land Development

Bolton & Menk has an exciting opportunity for a Project Engineer
, PE to join our Greater Midwest - Land Development team in our office. With over 75 years of experience, Bolton & Menk specializes in providing community design and engineering solutions across the Southeast, Midwest, and beyond.

• Responsible for the management planning, scheduling and performance of multiple site engineering projects and personnel.
• Work closely with Project Managers in understanding client needs and expectations.
• Review and/or prepare preliminary reports and feasibility studies.
• Read, interpret and prepare site engineering plans, specifications and reports.
• Provide technical advice regarding design, construction or modification and repairs to clients, and other staff members.
• May assist with business development activities (client needs, research, proposals, etc.).

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Minnesota.
• 4+ years’ progressive experience in the civil engineering field, including experience in private and/or public land development projects.
• Experience in plan and specification development with design contract administration.
• High proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Knowledge of local site permitting processes and requirements.
• Possess a valid driver’s license as travel to various facilities and job sites may be required.

Salary Range: $68,000 - $120,000 depending on years of experience and credentials.
