We are seeking an Operations Associate to join a leading financial services organization that provides investment solutions and advisory support to clients nationwide. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with financial products and systems.

• Process daily work related to asset movement, account transfers, and new account setup and maintenance.
• Handle routine and complex transactions accurately, efficiently, and within established timelines.
• Proactively identify, interpret, and resolve potential issues.
• Follow established procedures independently to meet service level agreements and quality metrics.
• Learn, use, and support various financial products, software, and systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to process work accurately and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and think critically while exercising sound judgment.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Strong professional communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Adaptability to change and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 1+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
• 1+ years of experience processing transactions in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
