Carrier Pay Representative – Anderson Trucking Service

Location:

St. Cloud, MN (Full-time, Entry-level)

Support carrier settlements, accounts payable, and administration of agent commissions. Work with carriers, operations, and finance to ensure timely payments.

• Process carrier settlements to keep payments current.
• Respond to carrier settlement and agent commission inquiries via phone and email.
• Analyze, research, and resolve problematic carrier settlements for timely completion of billing and payables.
• Collaborate with operations, customer service, and sales to gather information for current payables and hold pay scenarios.
• Maintain carrier files to ensure correct setup for electronic payments, factoring, IRS levies, and 1099 changes.
• Apply ATS policies and procedures to make sound decisions regarding carrier settlement payment requirements.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred Bachelor’s in Accounting, Business or related).
• Strong understanding of billing, settlements, and financial information.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficient keyboard skills and 10‑key usage.
• Team player with positive attitude and professionalism.

• Hourly pay range: $20.00 – $24.50 (based on experience, education, certifications, and location).
