MRI Technologist

As an MRI Technologist ud Hospital, you will use sophisticated MRI equipment to perform a variety of imaging procedures on patients of all ages, providing vital diagnostic results to support patient care. You’ll collaborate closely with radiologists to determine the best protocols for specific exams and assist physicians and MRI nurses during interventional procedures as needed. Your role emphasizes patient safety and the principles of Family Centered Care, ensuring compassionate and effective communication with patients, their families, and colleagues.

Schedule:

• Full-time | 72 hours every two weeks
• Night shift | 3- 12 hour shifts each week | 5:30 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
• Will work Sunday
  - Tuesday or Wednesday
  - Friday | No weekend or holiday rotation

Pay and Benefits:

• Pay starting at $37.83 per hour, pay determined by experience
  • Pay range: $35.85 - $53.77 per hour

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Associate Degree Graduate from an ARRT accredited school of Radiologic Technology
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification within 30 days of employment
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) MRI certification obtained within 1 ½ years
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card per established policy
• 1+ years experience as staff technologist in an imaging department of comparable size and patient activity preferred
• 1+ years experience in MRI scanning preferred

Previous Centra Care/Carris employees qualify if they have not worked for Centra Care for at least 9 months at the date of hire. Bonus amounts may differ based on full-time and part-time status.

Relocation assistance requirements:

Must accept a position that offers benefits. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud, Minnesota and relocate to within 30 miles of any of those locations any time before and no later than 120 days after you start work. May not have worked for Centra Care in the past nine months.
