Physical Therapist - New Grads

Outpatient Physical Therapist

Based out of a rural non-profit hospital, this outpatient Physical Therapist position enjoys the financial stability of a regional employer while still having the intimate setting of an outpatient clinic. All patients are scheduled for 45 minute evals with 1-on-1 treatments directly with the Physical Therapist. This position joins an existing team of 4 other Physical Therapists alongside 4 PTAs and back office staff that handles all clerical tasks.

New graduates will find our Mentorship program very familiar as it runs similar to a clinical shadowing rotation - you ll spend 3 weeks with a 50% shared caseload and build towards your own panel of patients. Experienced Physical Therapists will enjoy investing more time with specialty areas like Lymphedema, Pelvic Health, Neuro, Vestibular, Dry Needlings, etc.
