Find your purpose! Be part of our Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) team providing outpatient diagnostic assessment and treatment services for patients and families with behavioral and/or medical needs. This role will work collaboratively with Centra Care's Coordinated Care Clinic and local area correctional facilities (Stearns and Todd County Jails) as part of the interdisciplinary treatment team. Responsibilities as an IBH Psychotherapist in the Coordinated Care Clinic include triaging urgent needs from community members and providing intervention in same day crisis situations.
Schedule
- Full time | 80 hours every two weeks
- Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.
- 5 p.m. - Support local correctional facilities (Stearns and Todd County Jails) in addition to the Coordinated Care Clinic at the Midsota Building in St. Cloud.
Pay and Benefits
- Starting pay for Psychotherapists begins at $75,254.40 per year; exact wage depends on related experience.
- Salary range: $68,939.12 - $ per year

- Hiring bonus of $6,000 for those hired into a Psychotherapist role with current MN license (LP, LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC).
Qualifications (Psychotherapist)
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related Human Services field required.
- State licensure in Minnesota required (LP, LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC).
- Minimum of one-year experience required.
- Must comply with Minnesota Law, Chapter 372, regarding sexual exploitation of patients.
Qualifications (Psychologist)
- PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology required.
- Minimum of one-year experience required; post-doc training preferred.
- Licensure as a Licensed Psychologist (LP) by the Minnesota Board of Psychology required.
To be eligible for the hiring bonus, you must be an external candidate hired into a full or part-time benefited position. Previous employees are eligible if they haven't worked for Centra Care for at least 9 months prior to hire. Incentives may be discontinued at any time due to business needs.
