In this role, you'll play a crucial part in delivering comprehensive care to our patients, encompassing primary care, public health initiatives, disease management, prevention strategies, wellness programs, and mental health support.
As a valued member of our team, you'll assist in treating and caring for patients of all ages, ensuring that they receive the highest quality of care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards. Patient safety is our top priority, and you'll play an essential role in implementing and supporting safety practices to maintain a secure environment for all.

Pay and Benefits- Starting pay begins at $29.90 per hour and increases with experience
- Pay range: $29.90 - $44.86 per hour
- Work on our EMS team and get free continuing education through Flight Bridge to maintain and renew your certifications.

- Part‑time | 32 hours every two weeks (may flex up).
- Two days per week, Working Monday – Friday (flexible on days) between 8am – 5pm.
- Successful completion of a paramedic program.
- Successful completion of a community paramedic course.
- Community Paramedic Certification required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- NIMMS certification.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRT) preferred.
- 2+ years EMS experience preferred.
- A driving record in good standing and a valid Minnesota Class D driver’s license required.
- Strong organizational, problem solving and decision‑making skills.
- Exceptional Communication and customer service skills.
