Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist
Location: Saint Cloud, MN
Duration: 15 weeks
Shift: Days, 4x9-hour shifts (7:00 AM–4:30 PM or 8:00 AM–5:30 PM), 36 hours/week
Perform interventional radiology procedures for adult and geriatric patients in an IR suite
Scrub sterile procedures, circulate, annotate cases, and send images to PACS
Operate Toshiba interventional radiology equipment
Assist Interventional Radiologists with a wide variety of procedures, including long and complex cases requiring prolonged standing while wearing lead
Participate in on-call coverage, including weekday nights and scheduled weekends
Work collaboratively with IR physicians, nurses, and fellow technologists in a fast-paced environment
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of Interventional Radiology experience
ARRT (R) certification
BLS certification
Experience with
peripheral vascular proceduresAbility to scrub and assist in sterile interventional procedures
Willingness and ability to take call
Comfortable working with adult and geriatric patient populations
Teaching hospital experience
Trauma Level I experience
Experience with
Toshiba/Cannon Interventional Radiology roomsExperience with:
Nephrogram
Kyphoplasty
Internal/external biliary drainage
Venous access
Open to candidates with CV scrub tech experience who have performed peripheral vascular procedures
