Centra Care Health in St. Cloud, MN seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join our cardiology team. The role blends general cardiology with growing atrial fibrillation initiatives, including AFib care and LAAO program support, with autonomy and strong physician collaboration.
The position is full-time (1.0 FTE) with 80 hours biweekly, on-site ud Hospital, and opportunities for outreach and program development within a multidisciplinary team.
