Description:
We are seeking an Adult Outpatient Physical Therapist with a Lymphedema certification.
The start date is as soon as possible.
The shift can be either 4x10 or 5x8, starting no earlier than 7 AM and ending no later than 5:30 PM.No call or weekend shifts are required.
Travelers must work holidays as needed.
All required lab work must be completed within 48 hours of signing a contract.
Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the assignment.
All travelers must commit to completing Livescan fingerprinting within 48 hours of signing.
Fingerprinting must be done in person.
This is a state requirement with no exceptions.
Travelers are responsible for their own travel expenses associated with fingerprinting.
