This role is a full-time Recruiter position partnering with a leading manufacturing company in St. Cloud, MN. Compensation for this temporary opportunity ranges between $24.00–$33.65 per hour, depending on skills and experience.

$24.00/hr - $34.00/hr

• Source and screen candidates using job boards, referrals, and internal systems
• Coordinate interviews and keep communication clear between candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs
• Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Support safety and quality initiatives as required

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of recruiting or HR experience
• Manufacturing industry experience highly preferred
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Team-oriented mindset with focus on delivering a great candidate experience
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting
• Flexibility to adapt in fast-paced, changing environments
