• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levels—from frontline teams to Executive Leadership.
• Lead large, enterprise‑wide initiatives with high organizational visibility and impact.
• Translate business strategy into clear, actionable requirements and solutions.
• Facilitate discussions, build consensus, and guide teams through change.
• Balance analytical rigor with strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Drive initiatives from idea through adoption, ensuring solutions deliver real business value.
• Partner closely with technical teams, vendors, and consultants to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally supporting enterprise systems.
• Experience working with ERP and CRM platforms (Net Suite and Salesforce preferred).
• Strong background in requirements gathering, process analysis and leading change management.
• Proven success influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across teams.
• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Familiarity with tools such as Azure Dev Ops, JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and project management platforms.

Competitive Pay: The salary for this position is between $98,000-$123,000 annually. Actual salary will depend on experience and internal equity.
