• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend scalable solutions.
• Align technical solutions with business goals in partnership with IT teams and consultants.
• Develop testing plans, training materials, and documentation for smooth implementation.
• Lead feasibility assessments and define project scopes for new initiatives.
• Foster transparent and collaborative relationships across all organizational levels.
• Manage project plans, balancing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality.
• Drive projects to completion, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a major ERP system.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and deliver value in complex environments.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Success in influencing business decisions and managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency with business process definition tools like Visio.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

• Experience with Net Suite ERP or Salesforce CRM.

The pay range for this role is $37 - $71 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
