Scope of the Opportunity- Consult and partner with business process owners to continuously develop, improve and refine business requirements aligned to organizational strategy.
- Provide the interface between the technical resource pool and business partners.
- Facilitate process‑mapping exercises to identify current state and propose improvement areas.
- Conduct and facilitate analysis of complex business issues to be solved with process changes and information systems.
- Engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously, maintaining awareness of project requirements and adapting to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
- Lead and participate in project requirements gathering activities, including documenting user requirements using established departmental practices and templates.
- Maintain project meeting cadence to keep team members focused.
- Assist with process and application testing, documenting issues and resolutions.
- Create documentation such as policies, procedures, workflows, process maps, and user guides.
- Coordinate the organization and retention of document repositories and aid IT staff in recording existing processes.
- Support ATS mission, vision, and values; align actions, behaviors, performance and decisions with company values.
- Complete work outside normal business hours as needed and accommodate infrequent travel.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Four‑year degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience) and five years’ experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in transportation.
- Cross‑functional facilitation experience with a variety of stakeholders.
- Business Process Development experience and ability to elicit requirements in a relationship‑based manner.
- Ability to illustrate design, development, and testing processes to both business partners (non‑technical) and IT partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to collaborate with people and cultures within ATS and external partners.
- Base salary range: $75,000 to $110,000 (determined by experience, education, certifications and geography).
