Join Epic as a Senior In-House Litigation Attorney located in Madison, WI. This role requires relocation to the Madison area and relocation assistance is provided. The position is open to national applicants and focuses on managing complex litigation and providing risk mitigation counseling across regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and other areas.

• Support ongoing growth by managing complex litigation and counseling on regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and other risk areas.
• Handle and win multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
• Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators to enforce compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad.
• Expand expertise and take on increasing responsibility as the industry evolves.

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trial experience.
• Competitive knowledge of competition and regulatory litigation (a plus).
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
• Eye for detail and creative mindset.
