In-House Attorney - Corporate Counsel (Litigation)
Location:
Madison, WI (relocation required, assistance provided). Salary: $92,100.00–$.
You’ll support Epic’s ongoing growth as it expands its offerings and enters new global markets. You’ll negotiate multi‑million dollar license and service agreements with renowned healthcare organizations around the world. You’ll have the opportunity to own challenging projects such as forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad, and managing litigation.
Your level of responsibility will match your skill set and will increase rapidly as you expand your knowledge of our exciting and rapidly changing industry.
- Negotiate high‑value license and service agreements.
