Shearer’s Foods is hiring a Maintenance Planner to manage the planning work stream within the work management process. The role collaborates with the Plant Technical Team to scope and plan corrective, preventative and predictive maintenance, and to update Job Plans based on feedback from the maintenance crew.
The ideal candidate will build and maintain equipment data in the CMMS system, provide CMMS training and coaching to maintenance personnel, and respond to facility work orders.
We are currently recruiting a Maintenance Planner - Day Shift, $26.95/hr + $3K Sign-On for our team in MN, United States.
