, one of the Top 10 Multifamily Owners in the U.S. We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead our 228-unit community at Oaks at Benton shire Apartments.

- $25.00–$29.00/hour (DOE)
- Quarterly bonuses up to $1,000
- $100 weekly on-call bonus
- Full-time, year-round employment — no seasonal cutbacks

- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- On-call rotation: 1 week every 6 weeks
—ideal for someone who likes being out in the field and leading by example. You will:
- Complete work orders and oversee unit turns
- Maintain property grounds & assist with snow removal
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances
- Partner with the Property Manager on budgeting and project planning
- Lead the community’s preventative maintenance program
- Support, train, and guide maintenance staff
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of general maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
- Supervisory experience (led at least one technician)
- Budgeting or project planning experience a plus
- CPO certification preferred
