We are hiring for a Residential Supervisor for a Group Home Located in Cold Spring MN

The Residential Supervisor will lead our group home with heart, purpose, and professionalism.
As a Residential Supervisor, you’ll be the cornerstone of a caring, high-performi ng team. You will:
- Lead and support
a team of Direct Support Professionals through coaching, team meetings, and performance feedback. - Deliver hands-on care to clients, develop and manage their care plans to ensure their health, safety, and well-being.
- Coordinate care
with families, medical professionals, and community partners. - Manage operations
including scheduling, budgeting, compliance, and home maintenance. - Champion quality
by ensuring documentation, medication administration, and client programming meet the highest standards.
The minimum requirements for this position includes three years of experience working with DDMI populations , at least two of which are working in a group residential setting, and at least one year of supervisory experience in a residential setting .
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities RequiredYou must possess a valid driver’s license and must be able to successfully pass a background check and MN driver's record check.
