• Hours & pay with overtime potential:
• 4:30 PM–3:00 AM (Monday to Thursday) – $20–$23 per hour with 12% shift differential plus potential overtime; pay based on experience

To set‑up, operate and verify the quality of work on assigned machine(s) in a manner that consistently meets production standards and qualifications.

• Receive job assignments, instructions, and related documentation from supervisor or team lead; obtain tools, parts, and components as necessary.
• Set‑up, operate, and verify work on assigned machine(s) to meet customer specification, quality requirements, and production standards.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area in compliance with 5S standards.
• Follow all safety procedures, rules, and guidelines; notify supervisor or team lead of any safety issues.
• Assist in training new operators as required.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance as required.
• Follow all standard operating procedures and notify supervisor or team lead of potential procedural improvements.
• Assist in other work areas when workload permits.
• Promote teamwork by cooperating and supporting co‑workers.
• Direct the efforts of assigned assistants as needed.
• Accurately, thoroughly, and legibly complete all relevant documentation (lean record keeping, production reports, time keeping).
• Observe machine operation closely and notify supervisor or team lead immediately of malfunctions or maintenance needed.
• Monitor product constantly to ensure quality standards are met and reject product that does not meet standards.
• Machines may include Moulder, Tenoner, Woodeye, CNC, Profile Sander, Lathe, etc.

• High school education or equivalent; coursework in machine tool technology or a related area preferred.
• At least 1 year of CNC machining experience.
• Basic maintenance knowledge; ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical issues.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Knowledge of tooling.
• Ability to perform repetitive work requiring high concentration.
• Demonstrated ability to perform assigned job functions in a manner that meets quality requirements and production standards.
• Works safely and keeps area clear of hazards.
• Ability to bend and lift 50–100 pounds.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
