We have new open positions to join our growing team at our optical manufacturing lab in St. Cloud Minnesota.

What You’ll Do

• Support eyewear production in an optical manufacturing lab.
• Learn assigned tasks such as preparing lenses, supporting lens processing and coating, assembling eyewear, or inspecting finished products.
• Follow work instructions and quality standards to process orders accurately.
• Inspect lenses and frames and report quality concerns.
• Follow safety procedures and keep your work area clean and organized.
• Work with your team to meet production goals while maintaining quality.
• Hours are 2:00pto 10:00p Sunday to Thursday
  • Hours may vary slightly by department
  • Seasonal OT may be required
• A willingness to learn new skills and follow established procedures
  • Paid while you are trained
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accurate, quality work.
• The ability to stay organized in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Dependability and the ability to work your scheduled shift.
• A collaborative approach and clear communication with teammates.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or optical experience is welcome, but not required.
