Compensation: $30.32 per hour ($28.57 base wage +$1.75 shift differential)

Schedule:

2nd shift | Monday – Thursday | 4:00pm- 2:30am

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring MIG Welders for a leading manufacturing company in St. Cloud, MN. In this role, you’ll apply your welding skills to produce high-quality products in a safe and efficient environment. • Effectively and safely complete daily activities in the weld shop
• Perform work allocated to production standards
• Work from process sheets and blueprints
• Work within close tolerance and maintain high-quality welds
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve weld issues

• Must have a welding diploma or 2+ years of MIG welding experience
• Must have knowledge of wire-feed/MIG welding procedure
• Must have blueprint reading experience
• Must have experience using power tools in a manufacturing setting
• Must have ability to train on 1st shift for up to the first 3 months
• Ability to work under minimum supervision
• Ability to work as part of a team
