Ben’s Structural Fabrication, located in Waite Park, Minnesota, is hiring Structural Welders and Miscellaneous Welders to join our fabrication team. You’ll fabricate and weld structural and/or miscellaneous steel components for commercial projects, review shop drawings, set up equipment, and uphold safety and quality.
The role is a full-time, hourly position with Monday–Thursday 6:00 am–4:15 pm and mandatory overtime on Fridays 6:00 am–3:00 pm.
