Role Overview
The mission of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota is to help all the kids in our programs reach their full potential.
Lead Youth Development Professional (See exact job description on our BGCMN website). This part-time, hourly position involves schedule varying depending which location hired. All will be M-F with some locations starting as early as 6:30am. Most locations start at 1pm during school year program and all locations end by 6pm summer and school year.

Responsibilities- Work with a diverse team of staff and youth.
- Help youth and co-workers succeed.
- Work to create a safe and fun environment for staff and members.
- Provide guidance and create an environment that facilitates the achievement of positive youth development.
- Assist with daily operations and schedule as needed across various locations.
Applicants with a strong passion for youth development and ability to work in a high energy, fast paced environment. Experience above the job requirements may lead to potential advancement.
