The St. Cloud Hospital’s Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit provides quality care to our tiniest and sickest of infants from age of viability and above. Our 36-bed state of the art NICU provides a combination single and pod style rooms, which allows for parents to stay with their infant 24/7, dedicated lactation support, Family Support Program, Respite room for parents, and air & ground transport, all while providing high tech care with heart.
Schedule
- Full-time | 72 hours every two weeks | Onsite
- Day/night rotation | 12-hour rotating shifts | 7am-7:30pm & 7pm-7:30am
- Every other weekend (Fri-Sun) | rotating holidays
Pay and Benefits:
- Pay based on experience and degree
- Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $41.34 per hour
- Bachelor’s in nursing starting at $42.37 per hour
- Master’s in nursing starting at $43.43 per hour
- Pay range: $41.34 - $62.01 per hour
- Earn extra pay for working evening/night/weekend shifts
- $3,500 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates!

Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program and current MN RN license required
- BSN required within three years of hire
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required
- STABLE and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required (training will be provided)
Hiring bonus requirements:
To be eligible for the sign-on bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous Centra Care employees qualify if they have not worked for Centra Care for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
Relocation assistance requirements:
Must be an external candidate and accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for Centra Care in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from
St. Cloud Hospital and relocate to within 30 miles of it.
