Pick your own shifts at various locations based on the needs of Monarch Healthcare Management! This is a full-time, part-time, or on-call position. The CNA provides residents with the highest quality of direct routine care in all activities of daily living, under the supervision of the LPN or RN and in accordance with the MDH Nursing Assistant Program standards, the Resident’s Bill of Rights and the facility Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program.
According to the Plan of Care for the resident, CNAs apply skills in basic nursing, personal care and basic restorative services while understanding the mental health and social service needs of the resident and being mindful of the needs in cognitively impaired residents.
The Monarch Float Pool was created to help offer staffing assistance to our own Monarch facilities. Travel is expected for this position and there are benefits available. Please review our list of facilities on our website, , to review the locations you could potentially be traveling to.
Current Float Pool positions are available in the following areas:
Alexandria, Anoka, Bloomington, Chisago City, Delano, Duluth, Eveleth, Excelsior, Faribault, Foley, Gaylord, Grand Rapids, Lake Crystal, Litchfield, Mankato, Mapleton, Minneapolis, New Prague, Plainview, Redwood Falls, Roseville, Rush City, Saint Louis Park, Saint Paul, Stillwater, Superior (WI), Two Harbors, Virginia and Winsted.
