- CV (minimum of 3 years experience in the last 5 years)
- Licensed healthcare professional who works with physicians to provide patient care in a hospital setting.
- License can be from any of the 50 states or territories.
- BLS Certification or ACLS (check expiration date)
- Must have a valid, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state, territory, or commonwealth.
- Immunizations / COVID-19
- Copy of CMEs
- National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- DEA Certificate
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Legal Resident
- Nights: 4:00 PM – 8:00 AM Monday through Friday (including Federal Holidays 24 hrs), 24‑hour or 48‑hour weekend coverage, day shifts on holidays, day or evening shifts on weekends, and coverage in UC on occasion.
